CUSTOM ENGRAVED DWM P08 LUGER 9mm Luger; like new bore, like new grips, 16 3/8'' barrel, DWM 1915 Military Luger pistol which has been customized with a gold plate finish and scroll engraved with a heart shape around the chamber date and lions head on the side plate, the engraving done by Phil Hudson. The pistol has been fitted with a 16 3/8 inch barrel fitted with a beaded front sight blade and a small walnut forend attached with a single hidden barrel band. Fitted with replacement checkered walnut grips with varnish finish. We did not dissassemble the gun however all the visible serial numbers are the original matching numbers. Complete with a reproduction magazine which is gold plated with a black plastic base. Accompanying the gun is a contemoporary leather covered case with a fitted green felt lined interior. The case holds accessories for the pistol which includes a custom fancy walnut shoulder stock with varnish finish and gold plated attaching iron to match the pistol. A custom made gold plated screwdriver with a varnish finished walnut handle. A walnut varnish finished block is set into the case with an engraved plaque which reads "1915 LUGER TAKE-DOWN CARBINE CALIBER-9MM CUSTOM DESIGNED AND ENGRAVED BY Phillip E. Hudson". Also fitted into the case is a brass handled short sword with a hand polished 14.75 inch blade, the brass handle having faux diamonds inset around the lower end of the handle. The sword includes a gold plated tubular metal scabbard. Consignor notes state that this beautiful custom piece was from the collection of Eddie Glover Jr. of Texas. DWM 1900 COMMERCIAL 30 LUGER; 96% blue, 85% straw, very good bore, good grips, 4.75'' barrel, Stamped on top of the toggle with the DWM logo, with crown/B and U proofs on the left side of the receiver and toggle. Crown/B, U and G proofs appear on the bottom of the barrel. All the numbered parts are matching. Has the first type flat checkered safety. Complete with a proper unmarked magazine. Original blue finish strawed smal parts and matching number checkered walnut grips. Generous fire blue finish remains on the grip screws and toggle pins. The finish shows mainly sharp edge wear with some minor spotting on the barrel. The grip straps shows some wear and thinning and the lanyard bar has some minor pitting. The grips show some wear to the points on the checkering and the right panel has some compression aong the leading edge of the panel. Mechanically fine. DWM 1900 COMMERCIAL 30 LUGER; 96% blue, 70% straw, good bore, very good grips, 4.75'' barrel, Matching with proper and very rare early flat button magazine. A very early production 1900 with unrelieved frame and first type safety. Very few of these were manufactured. A truly rare first production Luger pistol. There is some minor 'pin prick' pitting around edges of toggle housing and along right side rail. With some tiny scattered spots of same on barrel and left side frame. The magazine has numbers '911' added to the wood base, these are not original numbers as these magazines were not numbered at all. Pistol has Ideal grips installed and a Marble front sight. These were common special order options on these early Lugers. Inlcudes a leather covered wood display box, fitted and felt lined, period unknown. Also two extra magazines. One a Portuguese and the other a 1920 Commercial. DWM 1902 CARBINE 30 Luger; 97% blue, 95% straw, near mint bore, very good grips, 11 7/8'' barrel, Original blue finish, strawed small parts and fitted in checkered walnut grips and forend. All matching including the original walnut stock. The top of the toggle is stamped with the DWM logo. The left side of the receiver and breechbolt are stamped with crown/B and U proofs. Original fixed front and 300 meter rear sights. Threaded muzzle with knurled cap. Complete with a proper unmarked wood bottom magazine which is in excellent condition as well. The metal finish shows some minor sharp edge and high point wear. The grips and forend have a few minor handling marks and compression to some points on the checkering. DWM 1906 BRAZILIAN 30 LUGER; 95% blue, 70% straw, excellent bore, good grips, 4.75'' barrel, Marked on top of the toggle "DWM", with a small circled B on the left side of the receiver. Nicer condition than average for this variation, however the pistol is mis-matched. The barrel, receiver and toggle assembly are numbered 3990 and the frame and most small parts are numbered 4369, with the exception of the sideplate which is numbered 39. Original blue finish and straw finished small parts, fitted with checkered walnut grips which are not numbered. The finish shows some minor edge and light high area wear, with some scattered minor spotting, mainly on the frame. The grips show some wear with slight smoothing to the points on the checkering.
