30 Carbine; excellent bore, good stock, 18'' barrel, Unmarked barrel. Arsenal refurbished parkerized finish with an original walnut M1A1 stock, which is stamped on the bottom of the grip RIA/EB. HI marked 4 rivit walnut handguard. Inland trigger housing, IO hammer, W-I magazine catch, push button safety, AI parkerized finish flat bolt, PI type 1 slide, S and IP-B marked flip rear sight with no stake marks, type 1 band stamped with a number 5 on one side, buttplate with casting number, AI blue finish 15 round magazine. The metal finish shows some wear. The wood has some smal dings and scuffs, with a chip of wood missing on the left side lower edge of the grip. The wire stock has been weld repaired on the upper wire near the back of the stock, and is bent some to the right. Mechanically fine, clean bore with a tight muzzle. C&R/FFL, s/n 1664xx

58 Cal; very good bore, good stock, 33'' barrel, Remington Percussion contract rifle manufactured 1863-1865. Original metal finish, brass mounted walnut stock. Original ramrod present. Casehardened lock dated 1863 with the American Eagle motif over "REMINGTON'S/ILION, N.Y." and stamped U.S. The top of the barrel is stamped with the date 1863, U.S., and with V P and eagleshead. Two visible inspector cartouches on the left stock flat. U.S. marked buttplate tang. Most parts have at least one small inspector initial. The blue finish originally on the barrel has faded away to gray patina with some dark areas. The brass furniture has been cleaned at some point but not overdone. Patch box on the right side of the stock has three lead balls and an extra nipple. Mechanically fine with a very good 7 groove bore. Antique,

50 Cal; very good bore, good stock, 36'' barrel, Marked on the upper tang in three lines with the Remington address and patent dates 1864-1871. The metal finish is in the white and the rifle is mounted in a two piece walnut stock. The barrel is fitted with a fixed front sight doubling as a bayonet lug and a protected military style ladder rear sight, graduated to 1000 yards. The left side of the barrel is marked with a serial number 23 followed by a small block S. The right side of the barrel is stamped with a sideways P. The left side of the frame is stamped with a B, which also appears on the left sides of all three bands. The right side of the bands have small inspector letters stamped. The hammer has an unusually high straight thumb piece, marked H on the left side. The buttstock has faint boxed script letter inspector cartouches on both sides behind the frame, and another on the left side of the stock about in the center of the butt. The buttplate tang is marked 25/H/C. The bright finish metal has minor to light spotting overall, with some areas of minor pitting, some on the right side of the frame and along one edge of the upper tang. The wood has many dings and scuffs. The action works fine. The chamber has some damage on the bottom near the extractor and will not chamber a cartridge. Antique. Complete with the original cleaning rod., s/n 23

50-70; 99% blue, excellent bore, excellent stock, 20.5'' barrel, Manufactured 1867-1888. Rare original saddle ring carbine variation. Original blue finish, casehardened frame and oil finished walnut stock. Short forend with single iron spring kept barrel band. Fixed front sight. Fold down leaf rear sight with 300 and 500 yard notches. Upper tang is marked with the E. Remington three line address and patent dates. The barrel band is stamped "U" on one side. The barrel is stamped "B" on the left side near the frame. Wood is not marked. Original saddle ring on the left side of the frame. Slight wear on the heel and toe of the buttplate from rack sitting. The stock is marked on the left side with a faint but legible boxed FJA cartouche, ordnance wheel escutcheon and RA. Smooth steel buttplate. Milled parts with R marked upper band, U and R marked lower band, R marked cutoff, R marked rear sight windage adjustment wheel. The bolt and its components are not marked. Original M1907 WW1 era leather sling attached in fair condition, missing one of the leather sliders. The right side of the receiver bridge has two holes drilled and tapped with plug screws installed.
