QUESTIONS: if you have any questions or want a better description of an item please call and talk to a salesman. Our salesmen are collectors themselves and can give you a very accurate description of the item.

PHONE IN ORDERS: Items seen on our website can be purchased over the phone. After talking to a salesmen and you decide to purchase they will take care of you.

GUARANTEE: Money will be cheerfully refunded on any item you are not happy with, but please call before returning an item. Refunds on credit card purchases will be charged a 3% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 3 DAYS OF YOUR RECEIVING THEM and they must be in the same condition as received.

PAYMENT: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express cards, for online purchases. Be advised that refunds on credit card purchases take extra time to process.

SHIPPING: We offer UPS and FedEx shipping. Please specify when checking out. We try to ship your order within 2 business days after we receive your credit card authorization

ILLINOIS RESIDENT: A 7.50% sales tax will be added to your total.

TERMS OF SALE & GENERAL INFORMATION

PLACING AN ITEM ON HOLD: Please call us to place an item on hold. We will also hold an item through an email for a maximum of 3 business days. You must call us within those three business days to place a deposit or the item or the item will go back in stock. *Placing an item on hold through email does not gaurentee the hold. Phone calls are processed before email.

PHONE CALLS: As I am often gone to gun shows on weekends and often must travel on Mondays and Fridays, your best bet is to call Tuesday-Thursday during store hours (1:00-6:00) at (309) 342-5800 if you wish to talk to the owner.

CORRESPONDENCE: Please try to phone rather than write. I admit to being the world's worst letter writer. If you MUST write, please send asking price, clear photos, and/or an accurate description of the item/items you have for sale or trade.

FIREARM DESCRIPTIONS: While we try to describe each item completely, they may not be complete enough to finalize your purchase decision. They are intended to give a general overall condition. Please call for a complete and accurate description of the item. Our salesmen are collectors as well, will treat you with the respect you deserve.

FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSE (FFL): is required on all shipments of modern guns. We must wait for a signed-in-ink copy from your dealer before we can ship to him. We will also ship C&R eligible firearms to Curio and Relic (C&R) license holders. To view the ATF C&R firearms list click here. Pre 1898 firearms and non-firearms items are exempt.

LAYAWAY POLICY: A 10% deposit will hold an item for 30 days.
A 20% deposit will hold an item for 60 days.

SHIPPING: Please include sufficient shipping and insurance costs. We will ship via UPS, but MUST have your dealer's STREET ADDRESS on an FFL. We try to ship your order within 2 business days after we receive your cashiers check, money order, or credit card authorization and signed FFL copy. Due to changes in UPS regulations, the price of shipping a pistol will be a minimum cost of $30.

PAYMENT: Cashiers checks or money orders are preferred, or Visa, Master Card, and American express cards. Be advised that refunds on credit card purchases will be charged a 3% restocking fee.

ILLINOIS RESIDENT: Must add 7.50% sales tax to your purchase. There are no exceptions to this! Send us a copy of your resale tax number if you are exempt.

CONSIGNMENTS: We have a large following of customers and can get fair prices. We charge 15% for consignment sales and particularly want choice mint, rare, and exotic pieces.

GUARANTEE: Money will be cheerfully refunded on any item you are not happy with, (EXCEPT LAYAWAYS) but please call before returning an item. Returns must be made within 3 DAYS OF YOUR RECEIVING THEM and they must be in the same condition as received. Sorry but there is no guarantee on firing condition of any item.

$10.00/yr. (6 issues) mailed to a USA address; $2 for a single issue
$20.00/yr (6 issues) mailed outside USA; $4 for a single issue

NOTE: We charge a MINIMUM of $35.00 shipping costs for PISTOLS and $15.00 shipping costs for Long Guns due to new UPS regulations.

All guns are matching, except clips, unless otherwise stated, and are 100% original. Buyer pays UPS postage. 3-day inspection granted. Returns must be in same condition as shipped to you. Buyer pays postage both ways. Please call before returning any item.
