32 ACP; 95% blue, excellent bore, very good grips, 4 3/8'' barrel, A mid WWII produced example, the slide is stamped on the left side "FABRIQUE NATIONALE D'ARMES DE GUERRE HERSTAL BELGIQUE/BROWNING'S PATENT DEPOSE". The pistol does not have the normal Belgian proofs, with German eagle/N commercial proofs on the left side of the slide and on the barrel. The numbered parts are matching. Original blue finish and fitted with checkered walnut grips. Complete with an original FN magazine which is numbered on the lip of the base 53867, not matching the gun. The finish shows some light edge wear with holstering wear around the muzzle. The grips show light handling marks with sharp checkering. Includes a leather holster which has been altered by cutting back the body and flap to better fit the pistol. The holster has several ink stamps remaining uder the flap with a date of 1944, with a name written on the back., s/n 2009xx
