12 Ga; good bore, fair stock, 28'' barrel, Grade KED manufactured in 1902 with Damascus barrels, casehardened frame and checkered walnut stock. 2 3/4 inch chambers with Full and Improved Cylinder chokes. Marked on top of the matted rib "REMINGTON ARMS CO. ILION, N.Y. U.S.A." and on both sides of the frame "REMINGTON ARMS CO.". Features a boxlock action, automatic ejectors, double triggers, pressure release splinter forearm and a rounded grip stock fitted with the original buttplate. 14.5 inch LOP. The barrels have turned an even gray/brown patina with scattered areas of spotting. The frame has only traces of case color with some minor spotting as well. The wood appears to have been sanded and refinished long ago, now showing wear, and there are hairline cracks on both sides of the stock behind the frame. The action works fine and barrel lockup is tight, however the ejectors are ot working and will need attention., s/n 3188xx
