41 RF; 70% blue, very good bore, good grips, 3'' barrel, Type III Model 4 variation manufactured circa 1912. Original blue finish barrels, nickel plated frame and checkered hard rubber grips. Stamped on top of the barrel REMINGTON ARMS-U.M.C.CO. ILION, N.Y. The blue finish on the barrels shows some mixing with patina with light surface spotting. The nickel finish on the frame has turned dull showing some scattered light spotting as well, mainly on the back of the grip frame. The action works well. Barrel lockup has a small bit of play. The barrel hinge is good showing no evidence of repair. The grips show some wear and handling. The bores are very good for one of these pistols, with shine and sharp rifling, having a few small areas of visible light pitting. C&R/FFL, s/n L902xx
