30 Luger; 95% blue, 70% straw, fair bore, good grips, 4.75'' barrel, 4 3/4 inch .30 caliber barrel. DWM scroll on center toggle link. Small circle/B Brazilian proof on left side of receiver. Grip safety. Checkered walnut grips. Wood bottom magazine with faint s/n which is non-matching. These pistols were produced in late 1909/early 1910. This pistol is featured on pages 561, 571 and 606 of the book "Borchardt & Luger Automatic Pistols" by Joachim Gortz and Dr. Geoffrey Sturgess. From the collection of Dr. Geoffrey Sturgess. Over all very good plus condition, original blue finish, beginning to brown on grip straps. Bore has strong rifling, showing frost and light corrosion throughout. Mechanics are sound.
