9mm Luger; 92% blue, 85% straw, good bore, good grips, 4'' barrel, WW1 Army issue. 1912 date above the chamber. Crown/ERFURT marked center toggle link. Imperial proofs and military acceptance marks. British proofed as well with the "tons" export markings on the bottom of the barrel. All numbered parts on the gun are matching except the magazine. Hold open installed with the small proof on the right side of the frame. Wood bottom magazine without Erfurt proof. This pistol is featured on pages 485, 717 and 1103 in the book "Borchardt & Luger Automatic Pistols" by Joachim Gortz and Dr. Geoffrey Sturgess. From the collection of Dr. Geoffrey Sturgess. Small import mark on the bottom of the frame. Condition good. The metal finish showing normal high point holster wear with some scattered areas of minor spotting. The takedown lever has been reheated, other strawed parts are original. Mechanics are sound. C&R/FFL, s/n 51xx, Catalog Number E-67
