22 Long Rifle; 99% blue, near mint bore, excellent grips, 7'' barrel, This particular gun was built especially for Roy Jinks who at the time was the Hand Gun Product Manager for Smith & Wesson Firearms, and who is now the company Historian. Manufactured in 1972 with original blue finish and checkered walnut grips. Fixed front and fully adjustable rear sights. The barrel is 7 3/8 inches long with the standard end bushing and 8 1/2 inches long with the attached muzzle break. Cocking indicator on the back of the frame. Complete with a factory magazine. The metal finish shows some minor sharp edge wear and a few scattered minor handling marks. Mechanically fine with a bright sharp bore. Includes the original two piece blue box which is in excellent condition showing minor edge and handling wear. Also includes an extra factory magazine and the standard barrel end bushing. And also a 5 1/2 inch heavy barrel with fixed front and fully adjustable sights, fitted with a Weaver one piece scope mount base and has a minty bore. There is an invoice in the box showing the gun was purchased in 1996 from Gil Hebard Guns. FFL, s/n A1677xx
