9mm Luger; 90% blue, 10% straw, fair bore, good grips, 4'' barrel, The standard German WWI issue semi-automatic pistol, marked on top of the toggle with the DWM logo and on top of the chamber with the date 1916. The right side of the receiver is stamped with a series of Imperial proofs and with the military acceptance stamp. Other military acceptance stamps appear on the barrel and left side of the breechbolt. The pistol has all matching serial numbers including the grips. The magazine is not matching but is the proper sheet steel variation with wood bottom, numbered 2548r/+. Original blue finish, straw color small parts and checkered walnut grips. The finish shows holstering and edge wear with some scattered very minor spotting. The straw color on the small parts has thinned. The grips show some light wear, with a small chip missing under the safety lever on the left panel. Mechanically fine, the bore shows wear and frost throughout.
