30 LUGER; 85% blue, 10% straw, excellent bore, good grips, 4.75'' barrel, Produced circa 1920s for commercial sales to Switzerland, using surplus parts available. Original blue finish and checkered walnut grips. Numbered parts are matching with the original matching German magazine. Usually these Swiss reworked pistols have the stock lug ground off the back grip strap, this one has not have that modification. Swiss installed matching barrel on a DWM 1915 dated receiver, the date usually scrubbed, this one has not been . DWM logo stamped on the toggle. The right side of the receiver retains the German Imperial proofs and military acceptance mark. The frame has been neatly modified on the sides of the toggle housing, appearing to have been milled out slightly deeper with the 06 style safety mark, the area left in the white. There is a name nicely engraved on the front grip strap. The metal finish is a bit dull, showing some sharp edge and high point holster wear. Mechanically fine. Rig, includes a Swiss modified 1915 dated German military holster with shoulder strap and a takedown tool in very good condition, the pull strap inside the holster removed.
