9mm Luger; 95% blue, 70% straw, fair bore, good grips, 4'' barrel, Scarce variation strawed S/42 1937 with stick and droop eagle/63 proofs. Original blue finish, strawed small parts and checkered walnut grips. All matching except the magazine, the left grip panel and extractor are not numbered. The magazine is a sheet metal with aluminum bottom variation numbered 1007y/+ with a stick eagle/63 proof. The frame has the Mauser "hump" at the back. Stamped on top of the toggle with the Mauser code S/42 and on the chamber with the date 1937. The right side of the receiver is stamped with a stick eagle/63 proof and a droop eagle/63 proof along with a droop wing eagle military acceptance mark. Other droop eagle military acceptance marks appear on the right side of the barrel and left side of the breechbolt. A small droop eagle/63 proof is located over the left side of the barrel. Condition: The metal finish shows minor sharp edge and high point holster wear. There is some minor spotting on the barrel and sideplate. The grips show some wear to the points on the checkering and a few minor dings. The left panel has a small chip missing under the safety lever. Mechanically fine. The bore has been neglected showing some darkness and corrosion. We imported this pistol from Sweden and it bears our import marking on the back of the frame. C&R/FFL, s/n 40xxy, Catalog Number M-91
